Imagination leads
Tools should help explore ideas, not flatten every story into the same familiar answer.
THE MYTHICAL VOID STORY
Mythical Void began at home with Kevin and his son asking what generative AI tools and a lot of imagination could make possible. Their conversations became strange creatures, impossible worlds and, eventually, a game anyone can play.

WHERE IT STARTED
“What if we could build the game we imagined together?”
Ideas arrived through ordinary conversations: what a creature might look like, what power it could have, which impossible world it might protect and what choices would really matter to a child.
Generative AI tools helped turn some of those ideas into pictures, code, movement and playable scenes. Each new result created another question. The experiment grew into Wanderer-77, the Fend, Project Beacon and six damaged realms waiting to be restored.
The project is now becoming an independent game studio, but the original test still matters: can new tools help a very small team build something imaginative, ambitious and worth caring about?
Mythical Void is not a gallery of generated pictures. The current release includes movement, platforming, combat, creature genetics, six realms, guardians, village building and story choices inside a Phaser browser game.
Proof matters: visuals are not published simply because they came from the game. They must also be clear, attractive and useful to a person seeing Mythical Void for the first time.

Open the real game and give it one minute. If you are an adult, come back and tell us what made sense and what did not.
This is not a request for praise. A confusing start is useful to know about.
It starts free in your browser, with no download or account.
Stop after one minute, or continue if you want to.
The adult feedback form uses fixed choices and asks for no name or contact details.
For adults only: a parent or guardian can answer after watching or playing alongside a younger player.
HOW WE WANT TO BUILD
Tools should help explore ideas, not flatten every story into the same familiar answer.
AI can speed up research, drafting, art exploration, coding and testing. It does not remove human responsibility.
If something is called gameplay, it comes from the game. If an image is generated artwork, the label says so.
Safety, privacy and adult oversight are built into decisions because younger players should never carry the studio’s risks.
THE NEXT CHAPTER
The aim is not to look enormous. It is to make a small studio capable: useful automation for repeated work, clear approval points for important decisions, honest public evidence and direct learning from players and families.
Social channels and contact addresses are still being prepared. Until they open, the live game and the official press room are the best ways to understand what Mythical Void is today.
THE GAME IS LIVE
Mythical Void is free to try with no download or account needed to begin.
